Grapes are not only delicious but also offer numerous health benefits. They are rich in polyphenols which help protect the body against free radicals and reduce oxidative stress. antioxidant

Polyphenols responsible of plant’s growth, reproduction, resistance to pathogens and predators. They pretend as cardio-protective, anticancer, anti-diabetic, anti-aging, and neuroprotective effects. Some polyphenols have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities.

Due to these characteristics, phenolics are widely used as dietary supplements, active ingredients for cosmetics.
